Thai Yoga Massage

What connects me to the Thai-Yoga-Massage is the deep love for India (where it originated approx. 2500 years ago), the Buddhist roots, meditation and metta (unconditional love and compassion). One of  thebest times in my life were the long months of traveling through India, China and Thailand. Of course there are thepeople, nature and temples, which I have seen and which touched me. But it is above all a warm, wonderful feeling deep inside me that was there the most intense and I try now in my everyday living to repeat this feeling. By learning, practicing and teaching Thai-Yoga-MassageI've found a way for me to be in constant liaison with this power and love.
What is Thai Yoga Massage cause?
I want to say briefly what causes a good Thai-Yoga-Massage with me, because I'm fortunately quite common to experience it. I feel balanced agile, lively, and relaxed, active, blessed, accepted, a sensitive touch and I know I've done something good for my health.

The Thai-Yoga-Massage has many positive effects. It improves the mobility of the spine and joints, ligaments and tendons, improves blood flow, joint and lymph are activated, tension dissolved.
Toxins and waste products can be removed quickly. Diseases are thus prevented. The stretching and massaging leads to relaxation and elasticity of the muscles and blood vessels. This reduces the risk of thrombosis, edema and vascular blockages.
The Qi, the vital energy or Prana can pulsate after a Thai-Yoga-Massage and  our body is balanced again. This encourages self-healing, promotes restful sleep, good tissue formation, a stable immune system, concentration, creativity and a positive cheerful disposition.
By the essence of Thai Yoga Massage, the philosophy of love and compassion creates a space in which the client may fall in. This special atmosphere can promote the mental and spiritual peace.

What happens during a Thai Yoga Massage?
After a short conversation in which I ask you of herniated discs, fractures, surgery, varicose veins, osteoporosis and pregnancy, you are allowed to lay down on a futon. The treatment takes place in loose comfortable clothing. You can relax completely and be passively moved. There is much stretch, rotating joints, massaging muscles and pressure on acupressure points. Maybe I urge you to take a deep breath in and out. I work with my palms, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet. In most cases, I don`t talk during the treatment, but of course you can talk to me any time.
After a Thai Yoga Massage I recommend to drink lots of water!
